  1. Thankyou for introducing me to Food in Jars - its looks like a really useful blog. She has 6 ways to preserve zucchini in there, excellent given my current glut.

  2. Oh and I forgot to say if do make the zucchini cake - I just editted the recipe - I forgot to include the sugar in the first version...wooops!
